  • This headset will fit Canyon's range of frames that use a semi-integrated upper cup with an integrated drop-in tapered lower bearing - Due to the changing specification over different manufacturing years of Canyon frames we now advise fitment is only made to aluminium models - please also check your frame has a removable upper push-fit headcup before purchase.
  • When choosing the headset for your Canyon bike, take into account the Works headset's lower cup stack height is 13mm, therefore a 1.0 degree headset will give around a 1.3-1.4 degree angle change.
  • Fits headtube internal diameter: Upper - 44mm: ZS44
    Fits headtube internal diameter: Lower - 52mm: (IS52) EC52
  • Upper cup insertion depth: 9mm
    Lower cup insertion depth: 7mm
  • Upper cup Stack height: 3mm - Total upper stack height including bearing cover: 8mm
    Lower cup Stack height: 14mm
  • Upper Bearing: 41mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing
Lower Bearing: 52mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing
  • Upper cup is external (EC) - will fit frames using ZS44 (ZS) upper headcup as standard.
  • To suit tapered forks.
If you are running a 1 1/8" fork you will need to purchase the reducer crown from the drop down menu - this headset comes as standard with a crown race to suit tapered forks.
  • Split type 7075-T6 aluminium crown race for simple, tool free installation

Headset comes complete with top-cap (star-nut included), bearings and crown race - all parts required for fitment.Simply order the correct headset from the list of available head tube lengths below, if your frames head tube length is not listed please contact us.

We use the 'SHIS' standard to label our headsets - the numbers refer to the internal diameter of the headtube and the letters refer to the type of headcup: EC = 'External Cup' and ZS = 'Zero Stack' - For more SHIS info please refer to the Park Tools information page - Standardized Headset Identification System | Park Tool
