• Fits headtube internal diameter: Upper - 44mm: ZS44
  Fits headtube internal diameter: Lower - 56mm: ZS56
• Upper cup insertion depth: 9mm
  Lower cup insertion depth: 11.5mm
• Upper cup Stack height: 3mm - Total upper stack height including bearing cover: 8mm
  Lower cup Stack height: 3mm
• Upper Bearing: 41mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing
  Lower Bearing: 52mm OD, 45 x 45 Degree AC sealed bearing
• To suit tapered forks.
  If you are running a 1 1/8" fork you will need to purchase the reducer crown from the drop down menu - this headset comes as standard with a crown race to suit tapered forks.
• Split type 7075-T6 aluminium crown race for simple, tool free installation.
• Max headtube length to get a full 1.0 degree change is 126mm due to space for bearing offset internally - above this length the alternative EC44/ZS56 would be the preffered option as it allows the upper bearing to be offset externally - The ZS44/ZS56 combination is only available in the 1.0 degree option.

Headset comes complete with top-cap (star-nut included), bearings and crown race - all parts required for fitment. Simply order the correct headset from the list of available head tube lengths below, if your frames head tube length is not listed please contact us.
